At YB Art Designs, each product is made to order and created especially for you. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production partner for printing and fulfillment.
Processing & production
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.
During busy periods, production may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipping times
After production, shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method available at checkout.
As a general guide:
- United States: approximately 3–8 business days
- Europe: approximately 3–8 business days
- Other international destinations: approximately 5–12 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery destination.
International orders & customs
For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
